Seville Kid friendly Holidays

Bel hotel propre avec personnel serviable. Le déjeuner compris offre beaucoup de variété (et de bons cappuccinos :).

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

Parking needs to be prebooked but the hotel listing on Expedia doesn't tell you. So you have to find public parking which is difficult in Seville

Convenient location to the sights of the city, rooftop bar/lounge area to watch the sunset or relax after walking all day, nice ample breakfast with fruit each day. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Was a great start to 2 weeks in Spain. My wife said they had the best hair dryer of the trip.

Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant on site. Not within walking distance of city center.
