I was up on the 2nd floor so had to go up a lot of stairs with my heavy suitcase. The shower didn't function well. The water was either very hot or very cold.

We had a great 3-day stay. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was very good and bed was comfy. Very close to all shops and main streets

The rooms were clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The living room/dining room combo was a great place to hang out before heading to bed. The location was perfect, close to all of old town and right off the Royal Mile. Add to that, the locker luggage storage was most welcome before and after checkout.

Staff were super helpful, mailed back a charger that I left at the accommodation! Staff were super helpful by text when I had questions about check in. Only downside was that room was incredibly small and the bathroom in particular was a struggle to use with the limited space.

Great staff and amenities and clean room.

Hotel location was perfect for walking to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, Staff was great.....helping set up tours and offering suggestions on dining options.

The room was spectacular and the staff was consistently courteous and helpful. The spa experience renewed my faith in humanity. 😅 I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
