East Neuk Kid friendly Holidays

ThIs property was centrally located for walking all over old town. There was a bus station right outside the door which would have been handy but we enjoyed the weather and walked all over. The only suggestion I would make which is a tiny one...door stops would be handy. All the doors are big thick doors and they are on spring hinges so they close automatically. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful historical hotel. Close to the Royal Mile.

The hotel has a night club attached to it. But our room didn’t hear any noises.

Very nice hotel. We stayed there for a couple days before our Vacations by Rail tour we were taking. Location is great - not far to the Royal Mile. Also numerous restaurants ands convenience store close by. Hanna at the Front Desk was incredible - she went over and beyond in customer service.

Excellent location for Old Town! The room was great and had a great view. The food at the pub downstairs was delicious as well.

We were only there for two nights, but would definitely stay again if we return to Edinburgh. The hotel has a nice daily happy hour, was conveniently located near many great restaurants and shops, and the rooms and shared areas were clean and stylish.

Craig the concierge was 5 star, amazing. Then the front staff was great but never texted us when our room was ready like they said they would, then the next day we saw new arrivals getting champagne on check in, where was ours?? End of the day it was amazing, but small staff issues removed the 5 star and brought it down to a 4 a 4.5 with the exception of the concierge, who again was amazing.
