Very poor, sad and run down property. Our 3pm check
in time and room did not materialise until 4.10pm, making us very late for an event. We were provided with 2 complementary drink tokens, which was a nice gesture however our drinks were later charged to our room ,an excessive amount for 2 drinks which my son inadvertently paid for had still has not been refunded. The staff do not answer the telephone, especially reception and so no one to talk with. Breakfast very mediocre, F&B staff friendly enough . Our final visit to the spa was very disappointing, cold and uncared for, didn’t feel like a health experience at all. So our first visit will not be repeated.
