Municipality of Heerhugowaard Kid friendly Holidays

Overnight business stay, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with a nice big bed. Nice restaurant area for meeting colleagues

Love love love this place. Whether you’re hosting a work retreat, need a break from the bustle, or on holiday like me, this Social Hub has something for everyone. Modern ambiance and vibes for days. The DJs on weekend nights have excellent taste in records The staff is stellar. Thank the interior decorator too. I will be coming back with friends.

Unstaffed and poor communication throughout especially for a four star expensive boutique hotel.

The lady at the front desk was…somewhat unhelpful. She recited the rules of the hotel perfectly officiously. But when it came to helping us plan around a major event in the city, she wasn’t knowledgeable or motivated to help us in the right direction. Also, the Wifi was terrible.

The location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to different parts of Amsterdam. The room was very quiet in terms of street noise. However, because it was a connecting room, noise from the adjoining room or corridor could sometimes be heard. Unfortunately, our bed consisted of two single beds pushed together and was made up with two separate single duvets. The staff members we dealt with were excellent throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, but the lack of power sockets was disappointing. There were only two sockets, both located underneath the desk, which made charging electronic devices inconvenient. The shower was good, but there was no lip or barrier to prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor outside the shower area. The hotel lift was very small and extremely slow, although it was functional.

Great stay. Perfect location, nice room and super staff. Thank you

Beautiful and unique hotel, nicely furnished, very clean, super-comfortable beds and bedding. Everything was lovely and it is in a great location.
