Disney's Maingate West Kid friendly Holidays

Family visited this property. We alway stay at an vacation club by Hilton. My wife asked if there was no pets including service due to her lung condition and severe allergies on property. They advised of there are none. That was flase , we saw multiple guests with pets in our section. My wife asked for a room with a bath tub for our daughter. Front staff advised they do not have ANY on property. My parents were staying at a different part of the resort, and there villa and they had two tubs. When I ask again to be switched and offer to pay the difference, we were denied. They do not have cable tv only Chromecast which requires the use of unsecured wifi. Washer and dry take over 2 hrs to do and the options to use are locked by the hotel. Dishwasher takes over 3 hrs to complete a full cycle and does not have a dry function. Be prepared for your things to be soaked and smelly despite the soap. This is not family friendly for littles. We were advised by staff , this restort are mainly for 55+

The resort was very clean Friendly staff We loved the water park

The room floor was very dirty Beatles and love bugs every where. The pillow sheets smelled terrible like throw up asked for new ones then they were fine. Housekeeping is upon request only. Fire alarms went off 4 out of the 5 days we stayed. Woke us up. The pools were nice, nice walking area and activities to do on property. It’s a nice place just lacking in the cleanliness
