"I didn't like the fact I asked for early check in a month in advance got there they said they will call when it's ready and they called at 4 that's normal check in time "

"Many food options at the hotel, reservations needed at most. The food was good but if you have allergies they are not very accommodating. They have both feather pillows and poly fill pillows so make sure you request hat you want. They have beautiful pool choices including a lazy river. Many many conference rrooms. Some of the bathrooms by the conference were not cleaned and stocked in a timely fashion. The tap water tastes terrible. Thankfully they offer Aqua Panne and San P. Overall very good experience and I would recommend it."

"This was a short vacation - 3 nights with kids. The kids loved it! The water park was wonderful. They have a great bar and restaurant and ice-cream is available near the pool. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They have a text message system which was great - If I needed something or had a question I would text the number and have an answer within a minute. The only issue was the internet was very spotty but everything else was fantastic! "
