"Check-In took over an hour. Only had one person work in the counter. The room keys I was given did not work. Had to wait another hour to get keys to my room. I would suggest looking elsewhere if your time is important"

"The staff was super nice , the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean as well. "

"Staffing was friendly. Immediately upon check in tricked into a “tour” that was a timeshare meeting requiring attendance or they would charge my card $200. Floors were dirty as well as the bathtubs. There was were several amenity areas that were taped off for construction. The outside bar by the main pool was not open or functioning during our stay. Had we been aware we of all the work being done we would have booked else where "

"Our room was spotlessly clean. We lucked out with a suite that both looked at the pool from one side and a fireworks view on the other. It’s a great location for WDW travelers, the shopping/dining center is walking distance from the hotel. My only complaints would be that the fire pits seem to only operate on weekends. The pool bar doesn’t open until noon (11 would be better for families with swimming kids who would like an earlier but still reasonable lunch time). And the double smash burger is supposed to come with bacon jam and only had a bunch of floppy undercooked bacon on it. All quite petty complaints and definitely nothing to actually take away from my experience. Will absolutely stay here again!"

"The pool deck was slimy and needs a good cleaning. The room was clean overall although the baseboards and corners were pretty dusty."

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool closed to early for our family to really use it. Access road to grocery store was very helpful. Some of the amenities we were not even sure where they were located. However, we didn’t ask where they were."

"Good place to stay for the lower price. Room was very clean. Office did put another couple in our already occupied room though, they fixed soon after."

"Housekeeping, front desk, gift shop, and the store that makes breakfast and other sandwiches, these are the places and employees that we interacted with at the resort. Everyone was polite and helpful and made us feel welcome. Even though we didn’t need valet, they were kind and courteous when we cross their paths. We also left a cooler sitting outside when someone was picking us up. When we came back, they remembered us. The valet attendant had it ready and remembered who we were. The hotel was the cleanest most well kept hotel that I have stayed in, in a long time. The pools are beautiful and well packed. Lifeguards everywhere. Bartenders at the pool were friendly. We had a wonderful time celebrating my son‘s 21st birthday. Would highly recommend!"
