"Very nice place for a getaway. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Amenities on property is good. "

"Very nice property, massive. There's a lot of very friendly staff and then a lot of staff that didn't really seem to care. I would say this place is not very baby/toddler friendly. If you have a stroller it's extremely difficult to get around especially with the shuttles. Some shuttle drivers or very helpful and lifted the stroller with the ADA lift and one was very rude who made extremely difficult for 2 moms with babies. There are no sidewalks so walking can be a little tricky and dangerous. Overall this seemed to be the perfect place for retired members (which I saw a lot of) but not necessarily for family with young children unless you rent a car. "

"I was so upset I was traveling with a 2 year old and the shower had hair all over, carpet & couch so many stains, the bed sheets weren’t even on the bed, the towels were stained, the the tile with slippery. I was so grossed out I never leave reviews but I had to. "

Check-in was smooth and easy with no hold-ups, and the property was easy to find. It’s a family-friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere, and we would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. The spa and pool were a hit and definitely worth getting them heated. The kids loved the game room, and the kitchen was well stocked! Not too terribly far from the parks we visited either. The view in the backyard was also very pretty. There was plenty of room for my large family and it had all the amenities we needed for the 2 infants with us."
