"Yes. Pool and slides were great for the price of the resort fee. The restaurant Valencia was unbearably slow. Plan to lose 2 hours there for a meal. The hallways were filthy (we were instructed to leave our trash in the hall. There was old trash debris scattered throughout the entirety of the hallway. It was never vacuumed the entire time we were there. The floors in the room were sticky. The spaces were ample and suitable for a large family. The main problem was the elevator. Just one small slow elevator for the entire tower. Even housekeeping had to use it. Our son uses a wheelchair so stairs weren’t an option. You might spend 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the elevator if its peak time. Resort fee doesn’t cover the surf machine. Thats was 35$ per session. A lot of things are extra $$. The nightly room rate is cheap but parking is expensive if you have more than one vehicle. Over all id say the value is fine. You get what you pay for but not much else."

"Best place we stayed while on our vacation. Definitely hard to find affordable places for a family of six with enough space! This place wasn’t too expensive and was well worth every dollar. I definitely would recommend and would most definitely return again. Very clean, fun activities for kids, and informative staff. 👍"

"It isn't to close to anything. These were more like condos than hotel. The toilet wouldn't flush so glad we had a second bathroom. When we told them in the morning didn't seem like they really cared. The door to bedroom had a huge stain so just didn't touch it. I probably wouldn't stay there again "

"Pool skimmer wasn’t working so it wasn’t cleaning the pool the pool had a leak if you want to keep water in it, you have to have a part-time job filling it up ..after two days I didn’t let my son swim in it because The water was cloudy and looked unsafe because filter wasn’t working on the pool…the deck of the patio. Both of the tables were very filthy, and had not been wiped off the back porch and around the whole pool has not been clean for a while. It was filthy and not swept or sprayed off or anything lawn chair on its last leg broken lock on the door that leads to the pool outside in one room, it didn’t have pillowcases on the pillow and have black mold or something on one of them and my sister was tired and slept on them that night before she noticed the next morning that was pretty disgusting as well on top of that there is sauce on the floor in front of the couch and I turned on the light, and there was food crumbs behind the chair the lock is broken on the sliding door to the pool, and has a piece of wood in it .so nobody can slide it open When you leave, you have to pull the sheets off the bed wash all the Towels to help the cleaner it said on the sign or you would be charging an additional fee for leaving the laundry for the cleaner icemaker leaks in the freezer and just drips down into the freezer There were dirty hand towels in the kitchen drawer. I most definitely didn’t feel like I was on vacation It was very ghetto and we didn’t know if we should laugh or cry"

"We had a wonderful stay at this location! The kids especially loved the themed rooms. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great and easy to find. Parking was a little tough, but manageable. The host was very prompt and courteous with her responses. "

"Our stay was from Thursday-Sunday! Beautiful home, spacious and accommodated our family perfectly for Spring Break. Ro communicated effectively and responded quickly answering a couple of initial questions I had. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the property. The housekeeping in between stays should absolutely be reevaluated, simply unacceptable. I would recommend this property & book again but certainly suggest better cleanliness and housekeeping standards. "
