Incredible experience. Best location!! The service was incredible and the breakfast was very good. We had access to their exclusive area - Level - and loved the lounge offerings and cava throughout the day. Will highly recommend and would also come back

An excellent hotel across the street from the Guggenheim (great view from the room).
Fantastic concierge service: Needed to book a bus to Donostia/StSeb for the day but had trouble with the Avanza website (and my poor Spanish) - Virginia set me up the day before with instructions on where to find the bus.
Perfect location, very nice amenities.
