Great stay ! Very convenient location and friendly staff

The breakfast was good. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was large. The parking situation was not good though. Had to park far away, and it did not work for a French rental car. Unacceptable situation! I would not stay there again.

So disappointed with our very expensive room with terrace. Bilbao is wonderful and the view from the room was spectacular but there were lots of little details that let the experience down; there was a cigarette burn on a cushion on the terrace chair, another large burn mark on the bathroom sink surround (hot hair tongs?), the planting on the terrace was looking very sad and eaten by bugs, a raucous party on first night in the room next door, scraping sounds of furniture from 6am which were from the breakfast terrace directly above. It’s not what we expected from a 5 star hotel and certainly not for the price.

Very well maintained property. Relatively close to La Concha Beach. Clean room and excellent breakfast buffet

Breakfast was great. Fresh and delicious. I just wish it'd vary every few days. The cleaning staff was awesome. Our room was spotless. The restaurant and bar were OK. The best customer support was provided by Mireia Garriga. She was wonderful. She always had a smile,
