Good property - no AC in my room. Shower was very difficult to use sprayed water all over the floor. Ceilings water stained - kinda old vibe in my room

Staff was extremely helpful. We brought the wrong adapter and there are no USB ports in the room. A lovely staff member let us borrow her changer for the few days we were there instead of us having to go out a buy an adapter. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect, particularly right next to the main station! Our view was great.

Close the the main station, walking distance from shopping area and the old town.

A well styled and comfortable hotel in the thick of things and walking distance to the old town and major sites. Breakfast looked chaotic so we never dined here, staff were polite but with such a big hotel not too invested at a personal level One specific thing for noting / No air con in the rooms making it stuffy and hard to sleep. Discussed with staff three times - a small fan was supplied which made little difference - important for other travellers to consider if travelling in summer.

Hotel room was smaller, but more than enough for one person. Some amenities were a bit older but not bad.
