"The reception staff and room were excellent. I was less impressed with the dining experience; only one person taking orders and having to serve meals. I opted to eat in the bar lounge area and my meal was handed to me in a tray for me to take as ‘we are too busy’ to take to a table."

"This is supposed to have an award-winning breakfast, however, due to the strike, I have to believe that the breakfast was limited. Location was great. I was literally in the shower when I discovered that the shampoo containers were empty. I had to call down for a refill which they did quite quickly. ..."
