We were not informed of parking situations and that there were hotel parking and paid parking. The lamp was broken in room and the phone in the room was seemingly non functional. Also we were told breakfast was at 630 to 10 but was not informed it was no part of the room and was just that restaurant was open .

Budget resort near lake trail. DVD player remote did not work, laundry was useful. Room is cleaned every 2 days (once in our 5 night stay). No major issues. Office has limited hours.
