Palm Groves Kid friendly Holidays

We stayed 4 nights/5 days at this hotel in August. Such a lovely staff, a very nice room, good food and a beautiful poolside area. It was quiet and peaceful, as the hotel is located a bit outside the city center. No problem getting a sunbed by the pool, and the staff was helpful with everything we asked for. It was never a problem no matter what. As this is a smaller boutiqe hotel, we felt almost like family during our stay, as the staff was so easy going, but still very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Marrakech.

The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)
