North London Kid friendly Holidays

Lovely stay, we had an issue with the first room which was dealt woth promptly. A little outdated with furnishings but lovely and clean and quiet, great for walking

There was only one operational elevator for the building which could lead to long queue times at peak check in/out hours. We do not immediately note the property only cleans/restocks rooms every other day - so please be sure to stock toilet roll, towels, and coffee pods at check-in as it will not be regularly refreshed and we quickly ran out of all three of those items. The location is great for walking distance to places, but the street is not idyllic London.

Lovely property undergoing renovations that were not intrusive. Staff was very attentive and the food was fresh and excellently prepared

The Clermont was Stella !!! Great and relaxing atmosphere. Location was perfect

Staff were friendly. Room was an upgrade so spacious, however the bathroom still looked tired but clean. My only problem was that I couldn’t get and decaffeinated tea. I made three phone calls and asked two additional members of staff but they couldn’t get any for me.

the Dilly is a bit tired. Rooms on 4th floor a bit “rundown” Weekend we were there systems down at check in. Took 30mins to get key for room. Also reception there was heady whiff of lily’s

The front desk and housekeeping staff were great! We arrived a couple hours before check in and they offered to take our bags. We were traveling with our toddler and I mentioned we had three large suitcases, a pack n play, and a car seat and they assured us it was no problem and our bags would be in our room when it was available. Someone came out to our car to load our luggage and sure enough when we got to our room it was there. Our room was very spacious and clean. When I checked in they asked if we needed a cot in the room and I said no. When we got to the room, it was there and after calling reception, someone was at our door in seconds to take it away. On our last trip to London we stayed with a big chain and had an awful experience so we did more research this time and we’re so glad we did! Not only will we stay at this location again but we even said “we may be Hyatt people now” after our stay. Honestly, zero complaints!
