Everything was amazing and beautiful

Room was clean. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Easy walking distance to Navy Pier, the Magnificent Mile, the riverwalk, and lots of sites as well as bus access.

I have stayed many times at this hotel. It has excellent location, huge buildings, good restaurants, great lobby and the staff is very friendly. If you are in town for work or walking around is good. Rooms and bed are in decent conditions. I gave it 4 stars because is not a luxury hotel. Is a well located and convenient budget friendly hotel. I will return when coming back to Chicago

The only good thing was the view of Lake Michigan and it was only a mile away from Soldier Field. Extremely dated and run down property. Hallways and main area have peeling paint and old carpet that seems to be from the 70s/80s without being touched. Rooms have been given a little touch up with laminate floors in the bedroom but other than that, very dated and not very clean.
