Beautiful resort, location perfect for some quiet beach relaxation with hotel shuttle to new and old town. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Ocean view room excellent. Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. We also didn’t have any washing up soap or detergent for washing machine which we had last time, but perhaps amenities have changed. Really nice resort and staff, we would highly recommend

An excellent hotel and very comfortable apartments.
The big problem is that we booked because of the Spa facilities but the steam room and jacuzzi were both out of order throughout our stay. We were eventually told that we could use these at another hotel a few km away but that was not what we needed.
Also, our apartment had a number of issues that were resolved quickly by the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, however there are many online reviews that claim the sun sets over the sea - it doesn’t. The sunsets were beautiful, but the sun went down over land not sea. The staff were really nice. The hotel had bikes for rent - but when we tried to rent them we were told they weren’t safe snd they were awaiting a new delivery. Not really a problem but why not remove the bike with the sign saying “rent me”?
