I liked my stay, it has very nice location, close distance to shopping and town centre. It has very nice gym ,jacuzzi and sauna. Unfortunately room soundproofing was not great , sheets were slightly dirty and squikcy bed and small onsite bathroom.Overall it was OK stay not perfect , thank you

The pool smelled like faeces, literally. It was disgusting. No place to get changed - or even a hook to hang my clothes while getting changed in a wet bathroom. You should not have people access that pool, honestly.

The Moon Garden Hotel in Vilnius is truly a wonderful place to stay. Its location is unique and unbeatable—you are just two houses away from the stunning and sacred Gate of Dawn, one of the city’s most beautiful landmarks. From the windows, you can admire the charming towers of the old city, creating a picturesque and historic atmosphere. Right across the street, there are several delightful places to eat, offering a variety of local flavors. Nearby, a very picturesque farmers market adds to the vibrant and authentic experience of the area, perfect for exploring local culture and fresh produce. The hotel itself is remarkably quiet and impeccably clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room is spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully designed with everything you might need. Even the smallest details are handled with taste and artistic flair, making the stay feel special and unique. Overall, Moon Garden Hotel offers a perfect combination of location, comfort, and hospitality, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Vilnius.

I left some comments when I checked in, but I will follow up. I love Vilnius, and I love Imperial Hotel & Restaurant! For my own personal needs, there was so much walkability I didn't even spend much money, except for the moon drum @ Art Forest Cafe and Good Coffee in Uzupis. (Worth it) I had the same nice female leaving as when I arrived and we had a great conversation when I left. She told me some things about Vilnius that I wanted to know and genuinely seemed interested in me. I'm no narcissist, but, at times, it can be hard to find someone where you can have an actual give and take conversation without them plowing over you, or it's over when they've told you all about themselves. It's possible I would return to Vilnius, and if do, it will be at this stay. Thank you

Stikliai have always been a signature Vilnius’s hotel so we had very high expectations for this 5* place. And its still has a very lovely lobby and restaurant as well as location is amazing for tourists. However, everything else was disappointing. First of all, reception staff was average. They did not provide us any information at all, neither about food, wifi, other available services. The only fact they cared about is to make us wait for extra 40 minutes as our room was not ready and they promised we will get upgrade. And we did not :) . Also, rooms have the worst soundproof. We were awaken few times each night and morning by people chatting in the corridors. You can hear every sneeze and every whisper. But the most awkward thing you definitely do not expect from 5 star hotel is their penniy-pinching. They only provided water to the room for the first night and never filled it again. There were no other perks provided (in other hotels they can give you chocolates or wine but not here) and their minibar was insanely overpriced. Honestly, will never come back. There are many more better options around
