Stayed in the Wow Suite with young / autistic daughter. Staff were so helpful - even though we arrived 2 hours early. Room was really nice - as was breakfast and our interactions with staff were really friendly (they couldn't have done more to help us). Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our Christmastime stay at the Langham. The location is excellent for seeing Christmas lights and the panto, the room was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful with things like getting a taxi, etc.

It’s the best kept secret in London. It’s better than any other 5 star hotel in London. Their service & attention to detail is incredible. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times now & have always had amazing service. I highly recommend it!
