Beautiful ground floor level, friendly staff, just a bit of an odd bedroom. I think we must have missed that it was Harry Potter themed when we booked, and so that was a bit of a surprise and in great contrast to the classiness and quality of the rest of the hotel that we saw. The bathroom was minuscule and the fixed shower head was an issue in such a tight space when you didn’t want to wash your hair. However, the bed was comfortable and the other facilities in the room were all very good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and our room was very clean, smelled good, and had great bedding and linens. The staff were friendly and quiet. The hotel felt warm and inviting and we looked forward to leaving the hotel and being a short stroll to the river. This hotel feels far from some of the other sites but it was a welcome retreat for us annd felt safe to walk to even later in the evening. It was easy to grab bus or subways a short distance away as well.

"What a fabulous stay we had! This is a new Rosewood location to us yet, it’s the same excellent service, suites and staff we have come to know & appreciate from Rosewood. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Scarfs Bar and dinner at Sketch & Luca were phenomenal (off site dining)."
