Great location! Would definitely stay here again

Amazing location, next to the train station. Good coffee shops, restaurants & a small grocery store within minutes. Hop on hop off bus right outside hotel. Tivoli Gardens opposite. However, there was street noise from traffic. Room was very warm & because of street noise could not open windows at night. Hotel AC is only turned on in May. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is very dated & therefore felt tired & run down. All staff were polite professional & extremely helpful.

Great location near the ferry port. 5 min walk. 5-10 min walk to Osterport Station for easy train access. Very comfortable room, clean, quiet. Great full-buffet breakfast. Dinner menu is limited but very good. Netto grocery store right on the corner, 2 min away. Good Thai restaurant close. Good pool, small but good sauna, nice seating area in lobby. Gym fully equipped. Reception and restaurant staff exceptional. Overall, A+

Great central location, especially if you like trains! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Great bar. Some of the decor is showing it's age but it looks like some renovation is underway. Room was fairly spacious and comfortable.

Great value. My room was lovely. Although the little step you had to step over into the bathroom got me a few times. The hotel is located in the Royal Quarter you can walk to the palace, the government building shopping, etc. and of course the water.

Beautiful hotel perfectly located. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was amazing
