I was there 4 nights. No TV. They kept saying the technician is coming tomorrow next day tomorrow and tomorrow. All 208 rooms no TV service .
No shampoo or body wash had to ask for it 3 times. Good luck in getting anyone on the phone .
The best person at the hotel was Richard at the reception .
Everyone else ….
Apparently they fired all managers while I was there . Yup that’s right . Crazy

9/10 Wonderful! (3,361 reviews)
Property was very clean and staff was very helpful. Location in Hell’s Kitchen was convenient to everything in Times Square. Free breakfast had numerous hot and cold options. Pay attention to the RIU location that you book because there are two properties in the area.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (781 reviews)
The Wall Street Hotel was fantastic. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The room, and the hotel in general, were extremely clean. Very clean sheets and bedding which I appreciate. The floors in the bathroom were heated and the towels were big enough for an actual adult, not a toddler. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast at La Marchande was fantastic, and again, and extremely clean establishment. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again!
