Great location, very clean rooms, comfortable bed and very helpful staff.

Beautiful property, clean room. Blair and Olivia were fabulous. The restaurant staff needs retraining though and they need hire more waiters ans F&B manager. However i will definitely stay there again

The hotel has a quirky layout and a campus feel being made of a number of different original riverfront properties. The room was compact but very clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of choice at breakfast in the hotel's Waterside Restaurant and we also enjoyed a lovely dinner. The Taproom bar is cosy and welcoming - and the on-site brewed lager worth a taste! We would definitely stay again!

This hotel is in a fantastic location in central Inverness with access to shops, tourist destinations, trains, buses plus the hotel has good parking facilities. The staff are helpful and attentive, but the premises are tired and jaded. Our room at the front was incredibly noisy, making sleep difficult and with windows shut far too hot. An expensive privelige room had only two plug points at the opposite side of the room to the bed. Torn carpets and worn furniture hardly represented top room status. The wash basin in the bathroom was far too small for a proper wash or shave. This could be a great hotel with appropriate investment and care. As a regular user of Accor Hotels over the years this hotel was a disappointment in most aspects apart from great location and staff who provided as good a service as they could.
