The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is spectacular. Food is wonderful. I have been to this resort five times in eight years. It’s hard not to go back when it is lovely and you feel very safe. However. The service each time has went down and this time to such a degree that it does not make up for all of the beauty of the place. Yes. Some staff were very nice. But the majority pay more attention to their colleagues than the vacationers. Waited an hour and a half for ice because there are no ice machines and then being told you can get yourself at one of the restaurants. I always upgrade to reserve for the butler. Really all he does is make your reservations for your meals. You can call ahead one week prior and do that yourself. They use to do all kinds of small things and reserve your lounge chairs. Put small snacks in your room before your dinner to snack on while getting ready with your favorite drink. There seven days. He did it twice with no drinks. My recommendation is if you want you are paying for pay a little

Newly constructed, clean and quiet relaxing place. Exceptional concierge service just ask for Ricky. Great food and premium drinks. Shuttle to the beach. The restaurant and bar on the beach is amazing.

Mi experiencia en Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegué hasta el último minuto de mi estadía, el nivel de atención y servicio superó completamente mis expectativas. Quiero destacar especialmente a varias personas que hicieron de este fin de semana algo inolvidable: Jonathan Cariñosamente “El Wala”: siempre atento, con una energía increíble y una sonrisa que realmente marca la diferencia. El sommelier Oscar: su conocimiento y recomendaciones elevaron cada comida a otro nivel. Joel: impecable en su servicio, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. Chef Héctor: su talento en la cocina es evidente; cada plato fue una experiencia. Wally (recepción del Aqua Club): desde el check-in brindó un trato cálido, eficiente y muy profesional. Joshua (en la playa): siempre disponible, asegurándose de que no faltara absolutamente nada mientras disfrutábamos del mar. Cada uno de ellos aportó algo especial, pero en conjunto lograron algo aún más importante: que nunca nos faltara nada y que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente atendidos y valorados en todo momento. El hotel en sí es espectacular: instalaciones modernas, ambiente relajante y una vibra de lujo que se siente en cada rincón. Pero sin duda, lo que hace la verdadera diferencia es su gente. Gracias a todo el equipo por un fin de semana genial. Definitivamente regresaré y lo recomiendo al 100%.
