We purchased 2 junior suites with a jacuzzi and only 1 room was the actual room we requested, staff was notified and did nothing. 1 of the rooms had shower issues but that was resolved, the property was clean and had great drink menus, the staff was friendly as well. Huge downside was that we booked an excursion and the staff would not take us to the gate or allow the driver to enter because we didn’t purchase the excursion through their overpriced onsite excursions. We were told we had to walk to the front gates, having stayed at multiple properties in Punta Cana this was that 1st time I’ve experienced this and a huge deterrent. There weren’t many activities or shows in the time we were there. 6/10

He was helpful with changing our reservations and following up with us on our stay, our flight and our shuttle. The room they provided us was amazing with excellent views. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Anytime we requested anything, they were there right away offering assistance. The gym was well kept and had a lot of machines and weights, which we appreciated during our time. Julio and Robinson were awesome servers. We enjoyed seeing them each day. They greeted us with a smile on their faces. We absolutely loved our experience here and hope to come back again soon.

Dilcon provided an amazing guest experience. Our initial trip was delayed due to an airplane malfunction so we didn't arrive until the next day. He was helpful with changing our reservations and following up with us on our stay, our flight and our shuttle. The room they provided us was amazing with excellent views. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Anytime we requested anything, they were there right away offering assistance. The gym was well kept and had a lot of machines and weights, which we appreciated during our time. Julio and Robinson were awesome servers. We enjoyed seeing them each day. They greeted us with a smile on their faces. We absolutely loved our experience here and hope to come back again soon.

The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room. Additionally, the room was frequently inhabited by mosquitoes and the cleaning staff never really cleaned and removed this used bar of soap that was left by the prior guests. The final issue occurred on the last night of my stay, when a live cockroach was found in the bathroom. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this resort and do not intend to return.

4th time staying in TCI 4th time at the West Bay Club! My family will not stay anywhere else on the island. We had an amazing room, we were spoiled! Great weather, great beach and we will be back!
