"I am going to start by stating this hotel is no way near 5 stars. It either needs reclassifying as a 3.5-4 star hotel or Palladium Group need to completely refurb this hotel in the winter season. "All of the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved our stay at Oku, could not fault a thing. Lovely breakfast every morning and the pool area was fantastic. There was a dj at the pool when we’re were there and the vibe was great. Sipping strawberry daiquiris by the pool with an amazing backdrop - can’t wait to return. Cannot recommend this place enough"

"The rooms were quiet and clean great location to marina and restaurants in Ibiza town. Front desk service was top tier Carlos was very helpful with information not only about local areas and attractions but other locations in Spain as well. Staff and service is worth the stay."

"Lovely location and nice breakfast. As a corporate hotel it was missing a few of the more considerate gestures. We were only allowed one coffee pod on arrival. No fresh milk provided. Room seemed a little sparse. No air con in the reception which felt very muggy in 80% humidity."
