"Overpriced and under-whelming. The room was comfortable but very small given the nightly rate. Breakfast was only a selection of bagels with a choice of fillings (I had the salmon bagel which was good but, again, under-whelming given this is supposed to be a luxury hotel. We will not stay there again ..."

"Room was okay. Toilet was broken the entirety of our stay. Upon check-in the staff at the desk seemed as if he was too occupied to help us with toiletries our room was missing. We asked for hand soap and 3 times he told us the soap was on the wall in the shower. That was not soap; it was conditioner. ..."
