When we got to the room, the tub had urine stains. We had to call front desk to send house keeping to clean the tub. Then the room had a smell of urine. By the window there were stains, I know it’s a pet friendly place so I’m not sure if the person previously had a pet but the smell was unbearable I was able to spray my room spray to cancel out some of the smell. Unfortunately that was the only room and they couldn’t switch me out.

This is a beautiful, high-end, expensive property. Every room is run on an Ipad - lights, drapes, temp, etc. You must use the fixed settings. You can't have one light on for reading in bed, for example. Also, there is an Alexa in the room, which hears everything 24/7. Supposedly, you can turn it off. If you don't make a reservation in the restaurants, you probably won't get in at a reasonable time. Also, there are a lot of children running around. The pool is pretty large, but can't begin to compare with the Fontainebleu. I'm not sure I would stay there again.

The room key can’t access the parking lot, every time we get out and get in to the parking lot we need to call for assistance, one time we waited for 5 minutes for someone open the gate for us that we paid 20 $ every night.
