Great location in the old town, walking distance to attractions. Staff mostly friendly. Rooms are modern and clean. Pool feels odd since it’s open to public view.

Chris at the front desk was great, friendly and very informative about this amazing property. Room was very clean and huge, the view was breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was magnificent. Some of the property’s common areas could use a little refresh (mainly the bathrooms off the lobby area). Staff couldn’t be more accommodating and the little cafe attached to the hotel was outstanding, wonderful service and the best London Fog I’ve ever had. My one challenge was the location, it was a 20 minute walk to get to the main area of Edinburgh which is called the Royal Mile. I didn’t mind getting my steps in, just wanted put it out there as I would likely consider something more centrally located on my next visit.

Location is perfect. It just need to do some update.
