I was up on the 2nd floor so had to go up a lot of stairs with my heavy suitcase. The shower didn't function well. The water was either very hot or very cold.

Gundega was wonderful. She was delightful and when we told her it was our anniversary, sent 2 miniature bottles of champagne accompanied with a raised platter of macroons.
It was such a charming way to begin our tour of Scotland.
