The room and property are absolutely beautiful and the location is great. The staff are friendly and polite but there's not much in the way of service. I would definitely come back though when I return to Edinburgh

Great hotel. Pricy but the rooms were spacious and very nice. Lots of construction going on in the area but in an old town that obviously happens. We did not hear anything construction noise from our room.

Right next to Holyrood Castle with a view of the castle and Arthur's Seat right out my window.

The apartment is very small and a bit far from the center, you need a car or a bus to reach it. The hall is narrow and the bathroom is small, one bedroom is small and barely fits a double bed. There is a hanging bed but it is not equipped and the ladder is broken. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is good but the sheets are worn out. The apartment only fits two people, contrary to what is written that it fits four, but there is no sofa bed, even just a sofa in the hall

Great bar and music on first floor. All tourist sites very walkable from this location. Good access to public transportation. Long term parking is not available. Long term parking garage is ten minute walk away.

Lovely hotel with attentive staff, the bed was incredibly comfortable & all spotlessly clean. We dined in the restaurant & the food was great, a terriffic location & hotel was really quiet despite proximity to bars etc.

The staff was wonderful, quick to help if needed. Clean, big rooms! Great experience
