9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
The hotel hosts wedding receptions in the restaurant, complete with a DJ, which we could hear from our room, and which kept us awake until 1am. Then the next night they had a ceilidh which kept us awake until after midnight. They need to decide if they are a hotel or a nightclub/entertainment venue, because they do a terrible job of being both at once.
I would not stay here again.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (752 reviews)
Great rooms, amazing historical aesthetic and atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and kind. Food was great.
No lifts, so plan to take your bags up flights of stairs. EV chargers sometimes get stuck, but hotel has response teams on standby to help right away.
