We had great time ! Overall great experience!! Love the majestic views, ocean front and just amazing for morning & evening dip , all the restaurants at property were amazing! Staff is wonderful. Our butler Gustavo & Orlando were great !! All the staff members were so polite and respectful!! Will definitely go back !!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. Unfortunately, the service was just average.
Some of the staff at the reception area came across as very pushy and inconsiderate which made us feel uncomfortable. At the restaurants, we also felt rushed while eating. The waiters and waitresses seemed impatient for us to finish our meals rather than allowing us to enjoy our dining experience at a relaxed pace.
Overall , the hotel itself was lovely, but the service could be much more welcoming, attentive and respectful of guests time, comfort and dining experience.
