So the staff were lovely. But for a malmaison I thought it would be better, having never stayed in one before I dont think I would be rushing back. Breakfast selection is good. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Easy to park. Quiet area. A bit out of the way but 20 mins walk to the city centre. Gym and pool are ok. Can be quite busy.
