Fantastic hotel and location. Majority of staff were exceptional. We did however leave a shopping bag from our trip in the room by accident and remembered on the train home. We called the hotel and said we would come back the next day to see if they put it aside from housekeeping but unfortunately it wasn’t found. Staff at reception were very helpful with this incident. Overall great hotel but remember a final sweep before you leave!

Good location and nice rooms, one of the lifts didn’t work so we used the staircase which was like a multi-storey car park staircase rather than a hotel staircase.
