A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

Very nice property with lots of amenities including a 7-11 dedicated to the hotel. Many choices for food and associated with other properties with lots to offer. Near Shinagawa Station.

Rooms are extremely worn and not properly maintained or cleaned. Our pillows had what looked like blood stains! They had an uncomfortable smell all night and the furniture was completely worn. After the first night, we asked for a room change and the hotel accommodated. We were prepared to leave and pay for another hotel it was so bad. The next room was clean but still not up to standard compared to other Prince hotels in Japan. Will not say here again!
