"I knew this hotel was in a Business district before I booked it and it was actually not bad. The location is super convenient with a short walk to Oedo line and a few more steps to the much larger Shimbashi station it offered an easy way to get around Tokyo and because you’re in a Business district just avoid the rush hours and it’s quite nice. Evening time may not have as many dining options as other areas but there was a decent selection close by. Room was clean and well kept. They offered a free baby crib which was a huge plus for us. Garbage bins and towels were changed daily and the bed was made but the sheets weren’t changed daily but that was okay with us. Room size was typical for a Japanese hotel but it had just enough space for us. Upon checkout we left an item behind in our room and we called the moment we noticed it was missing and the hotel found the item and they held it for almost two weeks while we travelled Japan and picked it up on our return to Tokyo before our flight home. We would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I had an amazing time celebrating our wedding anniversary in this hotel. Out of all the hotels we stayed in our trip this one by far exceeded our expectations and delivered! They made our stay so special. It was honestly the highlight stay of our trip. The hotel was so beautiful and the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The breakfast within the hotel was phenomenal!! Big thanks to the Chefs whom cooked such wonderful meals. On our next Japan trip we will definitely be coming back, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. "

"Handy location connected to Tokyo Airport and a connection train station to Stayed 2 nights; first night on arrival and second night before departure for home overseas. Stay close to airport save me from stress rushing to airport early in the morning."
