This is a nice hotel with a rooftop bar and restaurant that has amazing views of the manhattan skyline. The staff is pleasant and friendly.

Staff at both the front desk and the bus captain's desk were outstanding. Breakfast was marvelous. The room was basic and the shower did leak badly.
However, any negative about the room was well made up by the hotel's location in Times Square and Restaurant Row.
I will return.

My fourth time staying at The Muse and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else in Manhattan. Rooms are well kept, shower great, bed super comfy and location? There isn’t a better one I’d argue. On W46th between 6th and 7th Avenue so effectively the madness of Times Square on one side and the shopping heaven of 5th Avenue just a short walk away. Amazing network links for the subway anywhere in the city.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Fire alarm had been pulled the night we arrived and there is only a kiosk for check-in which made for a difficult late arrival. Elevator stopped working to the rooftop and we weren’t able to take advantage of the brunch or space due to it being shut down. The water machine was broken on our floor but staff kindly brought us bottled water if asked for. Overall a good experience but disappointed that there was no credit or reduction in cost based on the rooftop not being available and being a major attraction for this hotel.
