Centre Island Holidays

It was a very pleasant stay

I stayed for 1 night. I was not able to sleep because someone outside the hotel was playing his boombox loud all night. However, the hotel is closed to Time Square so it is convenient.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and I always think it’s pretty cool when you have a restaurant inside of the hotel that way if you don’t feel like traveling far to get a quick bite or if you had a long flight and you just need something quick to eat to relax I think it’s always cool and the fact that they had two restaurants a free workout room a free, beautiful seating area where you can just relax in a restaurant with the patio is super cool

I didn't have breakfast. I was denied breakfast and I was running late meeting with my tour guide to the statute of Liberty and Ellis Island. I thought since I have paid for a room with breakfast, the had a data that show that information but it was not that way. I was told I needed to download the voucher for separately. Since I was running late I left..

My stay at RIU Plaza Times Square New York was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendliness and exceptional service. The hotel’s location was perfect, with Times Square and many other attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, with something for everyone. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our experience and have been sharing our positive memories with friends and family. I would gladly stay at RIU Plaza Times Square again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. It was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to the city.
