"The check‑in and check‑out parking situation is extremely difficult. The hotel sits on a one‑way street where both sides are already packed with parked cars, leaving almost no space to pull over temporarily. It’s one of the toughest parking conditions I’ve experienced—there’s simply nowhere to stop without blocking traffic. I really hope the hotel can improve this, as it makes arrival and departure far more stressful than they should be."

"Check‑in parking was extremely challenging. There wasn’t a single designated spot for temporary parking during check‑in, so I had no choice but to stop in the street. This led to loud honking from other cars while I unloaded my luggage. I hope the hotel can improve this situation, as a proper check‑in area would make arrivals much smoother."

"Hotel overall was good for a quick stop. Little road noise from the far end of the building. Shower needs a good scrub down. The best part was the breakfast! It was great and had everything you need to start your day. "

"I would rather post pictures. The bed was broken, so it was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The floor was un mopped and dirty. There were holes in the first set of comforters. I got a new set of comforters, and there were more holes. The curtains were dirty, like dingy with liquid on them. The lamb shades were broken. The carpet was peeling off of the wall cause they have that as base boarding it’s not much good. I can say at all bathroom was dirty. There was a feces stain on the toilet."

"I had an excellent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff was friendly, professional, and consistently attentive from check‑in to checkout. My room was spotless, quiet, and perfect for both rest and productivity. The bed was extremely comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the entire property felt modern and safe. I appreciated the fast Wi‑Fi, well‑kept fitness center, and inviting lobby workspace. As a frequent traveler and content creator, I value consistency and service — Four Points delivered both and earned my full recommendation. "
