Best hotel I've ever stayed in!
I've stayed in a lot of very good hotels, and the Pan Pacific London is the best of them. The staff are outstanding — warm, attentive and never intrusive — and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are immaculate, and the wellness floor is superb: the indoor infinity pool overlooking London is an extraordinary place to start or end the day.
One honest note: the valet had a minor accident with our car. Accidents happen even in the best run hotels — what matters is how they're handled. He came straight to us, the hotel responded immediately and professionally, and it's all being dealt with without fuss. It actually gave me more confidence in the place. Don't let it put you off.
Faultless service, world-class facilities. We'll be back without question.
