I had the pleasure of staying at the Bavaro select hotel recently, and I can confidently say that Rafael, the butler, made my experience truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. Thanks to Rafael’s dedication and outstanding service, my stay felt personalized and stress-free.

The property was amazing,rooms was very clean staff was amazing. The pools was clean and relaxing staff keep our refills coming.

Room was impeccable, turned in bed at night. Very convenient access to everything by the room assigned golf cart. So much to do, and nightly entertainment was great. Thank you for accommodating us and for going above and beyond by letting us stay in the same room after extending our stay. Breakfast buffet had everything and it was great. Restaurants by marina were good too as well as the restaurant by the beach. Attention management feedback one night we wanted more variety and went out to eat at a local spot in Boca de Yuma and the food was amazing with all the respect better than the resort, it would be great if you can implement some of those local fish dishes and have that experience for your guests.Thank you

All the pools were enjoyable. We had a private pool with a room. We enjoyed all the pools including the swim up bar, the spa’s all the pools. Staff were extremely helpful EVERYONE of them. Shout outs to Manny at the spa. Great host.

Beach was well kept. Plenty of chairs. Drink servers where fast and bartenders make good drinks
