Tenerife Romantic Holidays

The good: We had a great time. Everything was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The entertainment staff did an amazing job with the kids. The food was always good and plentiful as were the drinks. The location couldn't have been more perfect. The bad:Elevators definitely need serviced. Showers have poor water pressure. The air conditioning didnt work on our first night and there was a leak in our ceiling. One bartender always seemed a bit grumpy. All of the entertainment was geared towards the kids leaving the adults with only drinking to entertain ourselves.

The room service is the best! They do your room every day, towels replaced daily, they perfectly clean your room and do your bed daily, this is awesome! There are plenty of activities and attractions inside the hotel, it is also well located, closed to the sea and near of markets and small shopping locations. It is also ALL INCLUSIVE, so you don't need to spend money on anything else but your vacation activities. The only thing that can be improved is the food, in my opinion, the food is average compared to other competitors, however, our overall experience despite the food, is excellent and will definitely coming back! I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was absolutely great and i couldnt fault it at all. The roon was spacious and clean but a little tired looking. I would have expected more minibqr items to be included with AI. The hitel is expensive but tge quality was spot on. We had the most relaxing lovely holiday

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

Wonderful hotel, stunning pool, reasonable gym, great buffet breakfast, good range of entertainment every evening. Easy and free parking if you’ve hired a car. Stunning views of the coast from rooms and from the very nice bar. Lovely rooms with decent king size bed and nice bathroom/decent shower. A good 25 min walk to main restaurants and bars (we got a taxi for €5 each way which took 5 mins). Nearby about a 5 min walk, there is a great Indian restaurant that we ate at, there is a Thai and Italian restaurant and a little shopping mall which is modern and a good range of shops and a supermarket. Recommended.
