Have been to this Hotel several times now.
Always a good experience and friendly staff who seem to remember you.
Nice small compact home but everything was great. Nice bed and a good shower and soft towels. This hotel offers air conditioning which is needed at the moment. Look forward to returning in the Autumn.

Stay away from this place! The most unhelpful staff I have ever come across! Also there was no air conditioning, and when asking about it at reception they said it was a maintenance issue. However, when speaking to other guests they mentioned theirs was working just fine. It cannot be a maintenance issue if they already have fans left at the room door, but it’s worse to think it’s deliberate! It’s dishonest to say the least, but the fact that works in certain rooms and not others leads me to think perhaps they select who gets air conditioning and who doesn’t based on how they booked. The location is great, good train stations on short walk, loads of restaurants, the Westfield and supermarkets. The breakfast is not worth the extra cost!

Lovely clean hotel. Very modern rooms with air con which was very much needed during the heat wave. Great location for visiting London. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Hotel is overall good. Great amenities: we used the pool and the second floor lounge bar. Breakfast is great.
Air Conditioning did not work properly at the night, but it worked well during the day. I raised this issue with the hotel management staff. Room was clean overall but under the bed and behind furnitures was full of dust
