Paul and his staff were incredible. I couldn’t have wanted anything more. The spa was an amazing reprieve after a day on the mountain. The beds were very comfortable, the views were terrific. Will be back!

This is a fabulous spot and super well located to Zermatt village. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only note here would be if you’re a light sleeper you may struggle from the late night noise from the club across the street. I’d still absolutely stay here again though :)
