I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and quiet. It was nice to have quick access to the monorail.

My dad had a medical emergency and the staff was on top of things. The staff coordinated with the ambulance and did some of the initial assessments. Dad is well. Room is standard, but very clean. The staff as a whole was very attentive and accommodating.

Staff was wierd and not professional or nice. no fan in bathroom pool is shared by 3 other hotels, pools are 3 feet deep, um that is not a pool that is a wading pool for kids pool is HOT not cold at all staff is useless.

The Sphere location as we view it in our room was not great compared to the last time we stayed @The Palazzo.

It was a long walk from our room to the convention center and we had to go through the smoke filled casino. For those with physical disability, the walk was hard.

Very respectful staff ! loved the room!

Location is everything. Property is clean but average. Affordable for a quick stay. Hotel is dated but in average condition.

Everything was fairly nice. During our stay one of the towers (Masquerade Tower), only one elevator was working which cause a lot of delays coming to and from our rooms. The Rio also attempted to charge us with a smoking fee for our room when we did not smoke in it whatsoever.
