Lovely room comfy bed but only 1 pillow was nice and soft. The pullout couch was lumpy and there were no extra pillows available for it.

The property is super well located in the center of the city, but the rooms are very small and outdated. The double bed rooms have full beds, they’re not queen size as we thought. It was pretty tight for a family of 4. We had to switch the first room to a new one because the cigarette smoke was too heavy. Other than that, the front desk and the concierge were very helpful about everything.

"The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The staff was great and location was convenient. The rooms was spacious and we atayed on the 20th floor. We were offered upgrade service. The cost was a little much fir one night. I will be back"
