Good location near Tower Bridge. Room was clean. Comfortable spaces outside the room to chill. I even tried the hammock as we were on the ground floor! Staff on front desk varied , some were more helpful than others. There were two of us and we were staying two nights . We had to ask for a second set of towels and more than 2 tea bags.

Location was simply second to none!!! Staff efficient and helpful. Room was spacious in London standard, and well kept with reasonable amenities.

Excellent location and a very nicely decorated and comfortable room. Everything was spotless and the staff were helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location — 1 minute walk to bus stops, 10 minute walk to the Underground tube and same to Paddington Station. Breakfast included. Great and kind staff.
