We had a lovely stay here. The restaurant was fantastic for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were kind. I will definitely stay here if back in the area.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,137 reviews)
Nice enough hotel. Would not rate as 5 star as rooms a bit dated. Service a little slow in bar yet they still add 10% service charge to your drinks bill even when you stand at bar waiting for some time to be served. Loved Liverpool but would not stay here again

8/10 Very good! (1,006 reviews)
Room was a bit different from the pictures when we booked it especially the bathroom. I'd say the room was clean and good for a short stay but you're not getting the room you booked.
The bathroom looked like a plastic bathroom you'd find in campervans, there was mold and a very specific smell that I can't describe.
This is not what the pictures advertised.
The area was amazing though, so many shops, food places etc. I'd recommend just for the area.
