Overall a good stay. The only issues I had is that my room was next to the cleaning persons room. So it was very loud in the morning and the doors in the hallways slam shut so that woke me up several times throughout the morning. This is a kid friendly resort so there are a LOT of kids so just be mindful when booking. The beach was dirty more than likely due to the kids.
The staff are all very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The food is wonderful there as well. They upgraded my room too so that was lovely as well.

This was a truly outstanding place to stay in Heraklion. The location was perfect, the staff are amazing and the rooms are upscale. Everything was perfect, would definitely stay here again and recommend this place, 10/10!
